This is a short, interactive seminar specifically geared towards helping restaurants in Madison learn more about different areas of waste reduction. We will have representatives from organizations such as Sustain Dane and the City of Madison to table their resources, as well as a panel of speakers from Short Stack Eatery and Bloom Bake Shop. Any and all restaurant-related personnel (owners, chefs, employees etc.), are welcome and encouraged to attend for a great chance to network, explore new ways to operate sustainably, and boost your consumer appeal. If your restaurant is already doing a lot of sustainable action, we still encourage you to attend and share you knowledge! This event is FREE!! If you are interested in learning more about Restaurant Sustainability with your fellow Madison restaurant community, please join us and RSVP!
